At Malta Adventures, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of our products and services, specific conditions apply regarding returns and refunds.
🎫 Events & activities (parties, excursions, etc.)
Tickets for our events (parties, festivals, activities) are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by us.
No exchanges or refunds will be granted in the following cases:

late arrival or no-show on the day of the event,

personal inability to attend,
-
adverse weather conditions (except in the case of full cancellation of the activity).
In the event of cancellation on our part, a full refund or credit will be offered.
📲 Digital products (PDF guides, eSIMs, etc.)
As our digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, no refunds can be issued once the download or activation has been completed.
Please carefully review product details before placing any order.
🎁 Physical products (travel accessories)
Physical products (e.g., luggage scale) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

the item has not been used,

it is returned in its original packaging,

it is in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
