Welcome to Malta Adventures. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to all the terms and conditions described below. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

  1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations between Malta Adventures (the “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”) wishing to use our website or purchase one of our products or services.

  1. Products and services offered

We offer:

  • tickets for events and parties in Malta (via ShowsHappening integration),

  • tourism activities (jet ski, quad biking, excursions, etc.),

  • digital products (PDF guides, eSIMs),

  • travel accessories.

The descriptions provided on product pages are as accurate as possible. However, they may be subject to slight changes depending on third-party providers.

  1. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The customer receives an automatic confirmation email (or WhatsApp message depending on the channel used). Some activities may require manual contact via WhatsApp.

  1. Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Malta Adventures reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price applied is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

  1. Payment

Payments are 100% secure and processed via Shopify or integrated ticketing partners (ShowsHappening).

  1. Cancellation / Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information regarding each product type.

  1. Liability

Malta Adventures acts as an intermediary between the customer and certain third-party providers (clubs, agencies, event organizers, etc.).

We cannot be held responsible for issues related to external providers, including schedule changes, cancellations, or weather conditions.

  1. Personal data

We collect only the data necessary for order processing and service execution.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, visuals, logo, etc.) is the property of Malta Adventures and may not be used without prior authorization.

  1. Governing law
