All prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Malta Adventures reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Customer the price in effect at the time of the order.

Any order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

After order validation, the Customer receives a confirmation email at the address provided.

  1. Payment

Payment is made directly online via secure platforms.

No cash payments are accepted.

  1. Availability

As events and activities are subject to limited capacity, bookings are made subject to availability.

Malta Adventures cannot be held responsible for unavailability once the capacity has been reached.

  1. Cancellation & refunds

In the event of cancellation of an event by the organizer, rescheduling or a refund will be offered.

  1. Liability

Malta Adventures shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of the website or participation in an event.

  1. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Maltese law.
