Jet Ski Hire in St Julian's (St George's Bay)

Jet skiing is the simplest water activity for picking up speed in Malta. From the Sun & Fun Watersports base in St George's Bay (St Julian's), you head out solo or with a passenger on a powerful jet ski, within the safety zone set by the team. No licence needed: you just have to be 18 to drive.

Three durations, solo or for two

• 15 minutes: €50 solo, €70 for two. Ideal if it's your first time.
• 30 minutes: €75 solo, €95 for two. The most popular duration.
• 1 hour: €140 solo, €180 for two. A €100 cash deposit is required on site.

The price is per jet ski. For two, the passenger sits behind the driver.

Good to know before booking

• Driver: minimum age 18, with ID.
• Hire available every day from 09:00 to 18:00. On site, it's first come, first served: booking online guarantees your slot.
• The jet ski stays within the safety zone set by the team.
• Alcohol and drugs are forbidden. If the rules are not respected, the hire can be stopped without a refund.
• A lost ticket is neither refunded nor exchanged.

How does booking work?

Click "Book now": you'll land on the official booking page of Sun & Fun Watersports, the team that runs the activity, with your jet ski already selected (solo or for two). You choose the duration, the date and the time, then pay online: your place is confirmed as soon as you pay. The price is the same as booking directly with them.

Free shuttle

With your booking, the Sun & Fun shuttle (Oasis minibus) is free. It runs every hour from 09:00: Balluta (bus stop), Sliema (opposite the Preluna Hotel), Sliema Ferries, then Gzira (opposite the Bayview Hotel), and on to the St George's Bay base. It also takes you back to your starting point after the activity. Show your booking to the driver; seats are first come, first served.
