R2 live in Malta — 9 August 2026
On 9 August 2026, R2 performed at Tigullio Malta, in Spinola Bay. The Arpajon rapper's first appearance on the island, in the underground stone venue of St. Julian's.
Rayan Kipre was born on 26 August 2004 in Saint-Denis, of Ivorian and Ethiopian descent, and grew up in Arpajon, Essonne. He started out on BandLab, signed with the label 360 OTG, and released his first single Pastille Bleue in 2023. 2024 was a prolific year — Horizon, Joker, the EP FullExclu Vol.1 which passed 6 million streams, a collab with Guy2bezbar on OCB and one with Timar on En bas.
2025 changed the scale entirely. Picked among Booska-P's 11 rappers to watch. The album 7/7, then its reissue 7/7: 24/24 carried by Ruinart — number one on the Spotify France Top 50, number 2 on the SNEP chart for three weeks, certified diamond in under four months. What sets R2 apart is his hybrid style: he blends New York drill and Jersey influences with calmer, more melodic atmospheres.
